Michelle Padilla
I am a graduate of the M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis Program at CSUN, a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and have been a graduate researcher in K-lab since Fall of 2015. My primary research interests surround understanding contextual variables that may affect the way parents respond to children engaging in problem behavior. I am interested in using our humanoid robots, as simulated children, to study human dyad interactions in experimental analyses of human behavior.
I am also passionate about training individuals to use behavior analysis to improve their lives and the lives of others. I am part of a team in K-Lab in collaboration with Moorpark Community College to offer in-person and online training courses for individuals who wish to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
