Chelsea Carter, M.S., BCBA
I completed my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from California State University, Northridge. I am interested in providing evidence-based training to clinical practitioners who provide behavioral services to individuals with disabilities. Specifically, most of my research involves training behavior analysts to resolve conflict that arises in the workplace. As a graduate student research assistant I helped develop a workshop to provide conflict resolution training in local behavioral agencies. I hope to continue my research to determine if increased training in conflict resolution mitigates the likelihood of turnover and lowered job satisfaction for behavioral practitioners who provide much-needed ABA services in the community.
